However, as of September 2021, several prominent European REITs included:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: This REIT specializes in commercial real estate and manages several large shopping centers in Europe. With a broad range of assets across the continent, URW is one of Europe&#8217;s largest REITs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Klepierre<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: This REIT also focuses on commercial real estate and specializes in shopping centers. Klepierre has a presence throughout Europe and is considered one of the leading REITs in its category.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Gecina<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Gecina is a French REIT that deals with residential and business real estate, with a particular focus on Paris and its suburbs.
